Renée Sintenis 1888-1965

Renée Sintenis was born in Glatz, Silesia in 1888. Descendant of an old Huguenot family living in Mark Brandenburg. trained at school of arts and crafts in Berlin, 1909-11. Lived in Berlin thereafter. Married E.R. Weiss, painter and Grafic artist, 1914. Appointed teacher Hochschule für bildende Künste Berlin, 1947. Died Berlin, 1965.
